Refunds
Refunds are available until your item has begun transit (shipping). Once your item has shipped we do not offer refunds.
Returns/Damaged in Shipping
If your item is damaged in shipment, please email us (hello@burningclove.com) within ten days and send any photos you can. We do the best we can to correct any issues with shipping. We value our customers. Returns will only be accepted after we have received the return items. Refunds will be reduced by the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for a return shipping label.
Lost Shipment
If your shipment gets lost, we will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and get you your order as quickly as possible. (hello@burningclove.com)
