Summer Journal Inspiration
This spread came out very cute! My process was pretty easy.
- I sketched this out in pencil roughly using some reference pictures on Pinterest.
- Then went back and lined it all with a fine liner (Micron Pigma 0.5).
- Then I erased all the pencil marks.
- Then I added color with watercolor.
I love how it turned out. I used my child’s love for riding bikes as the inspiration for this weekly spread.
Tip: I try not to use a lot of water in general but when I do, sometimes I will use a paper towel to soak up any excess water to avoid wrinkling of the paper.Β
